North Greenville University Tops Perfect Game Division II Baseball Poll

Perfect Game logoNorth Greenville University jumped two spots to claim the #1 spot in the Perfect Game Division II college baseball rankings. North Greenville’s offense is led by catcher John Michael Faile, who is hitting.440 on the season with 11 home runs and an .840 slugging percentage. The product of Boiling Springs High School (SC) has amassed 84 total bases on the season.

The Tampa Spartans inched up one spot to #2, on the strength of a 3-1 performance during the week.

The Colorado Mesa University Mavericks fell out of the top spot after a 2-2 performance during the week. The Mavericks’ 22-4 record is still good enough for the #3 spot. The remaining spots in the top 5 remained the same with #4 Quincy University and #5 The University of North Georgia coming off weekly records of 6-0 and 3-0 records, respectively.
